Processing & Shipping 

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Hello

Estimated delivery times:

Canada: 3-7 business days

United States: 5-10 business days

International: 7-21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Shan Ashley Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local carrier directly to file a claim.
